If after the initial enquiry session we feel we are able to work together, we will discuss sessions moving forward and what will work best for you and your circumstances and the therapeutic relationship.

• Sessions are 50 minutes long and will cost £60. 

• Sessions can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on where you are on your therapeutic journey. Initially weekly is advised. 

• Traditionally, sessions are the same day and time each week or fortnight, however if you work shift work and are not able to commit to this, I am able to offer a flexible booking arrangement. 

• Sessions can be online, via telephone making sessions accessible. Face to face sessions can be arranged in Bournemouth local to BH8. ​​​​
